Don't worry, you won't have to import each employee manually. Our teams take care of integrating your employee database (generally taken from the payroll tool), and this is included in the platform's configuration.

We can also import interview and training histories to link them to each employee, as well as notes, PDF documents or any other element linked to an employee that is present in your payroll software.

We can provide integration with your HR core (generally the payroll tool) via an API system to enable the two platforms to communicate and update the data on Empowill when it is automatically modified on the HR core.

If it is not possible to connect the two tools, a simple Excel import/export file can be used to update the database in Empowill.

If an employee leaves the company, all his/her history remains stored in the platform.
